You use a very specific way of speech to influence a creature, and infiltrate an idea into their mind. They must pass a CHA check of 15 to resist. If they fail then the creature is charmed into doing a specific action. You CANNOT blatantly say what you are wanting them to do, as their freedom of choice is key in making them believe the idea you implanted was an original one from their own mind. You must carefully dance around what you are implying, and tow a cautious line of implication and suggestion.
If the creature passes their check, then you may not give it a suggestion, but if they fail and you don't word your suggestion vaguely enough, then your intentions may become known to them, and this may be of negative effect to you.
