Upon conquering your fear of not being able to rescue your friends in fiery situations Berronar granted you with one of her boons:

You learn the haste spell. You can cast the spell without expending a spell slot. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. This feat removes the wave of lethargy at the end of the spell.
