Prerequisite: Requires a Strength or Dexterity score of 16 or higher.

Weapon Specialization:
You have specialized in the mastery of one specific weapon, gaining the following benefits:

  • You gain expertise with your choice of either one simple weapon or one martial weapon you are proficient with, adding a bonus +1 to attack rolls and damage rolls you make with that weapon.
  • If your specialized weapon does bludgeoning damage, you can, once per short or long rest, use your bonus action to assume a power swinging stance that enhances all your weapon attacks during your next attack action. If an enhanced weapon attack hits a creature, you can roll one additional weapon damage die and add it to the total damage of the weapon attack and if the creature is Large or smaller it must make a Strength saving throw (Save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + Strength modifier) or fall prone.
  • If your specialized weapon does piercing damage, you can, once per short or long rest, use your bonus action to assume a precise striking stance that enhances all your weapon attacks during your next attack action. During your next attack action treat the target creatures AC as 10 + Dexterity modifier, ignoring ALL armor, bonuses to AC, or Unarmored Defense. If an enhanced weapon attack hits a creature, you can roll one additional weapon damage die and add it to the total damage of the weapon attack.
  • If the specialized weapon does slashing damage, you can, once per short or long rest, use your bonus action to assume a power cleaving stance that enhances all your weapon attacks during your next attack action. If an enhanced weapon attack hits a creature, you can roll one additional weapon damage die and add it to the total damage of the weapon attack and you can cleave up to TWO creatures within 5 feet of the original target, each creature taking slashing damage equal to you Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).
  • If your specialized weapon is a ranged weapon or has the thrown property, you can, once per short or long rest, use your bonus action to assume a power drawing / throwing stance that enhances all your weapon attacks during your next attack action. If an enhanced ranged weapon attack hits a creature, you can roll one additional weapon damage die and add it to the total damage of the weapon attack and the attack does piercing damage, piercing through the target creature and having the projectile continue flight hitting the first creature behind the original target creature, up to 10 feet away. The creature takes the specialized weapons's damage type equal to your strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).

At the DM's option, you may choose an alternative on hit effect for enhanced weapon attacks, but it should be no more powerful than those described above. The DM has final say on such an effect.
