You've found an ancient manual that teaches the specialized skill of casting cantrip spells.  Diligent reading of this manual and spending time studying and contemplating the skills within, coupled with a bit of practice and optimization, has given you an uncanny level of control over what cantrips you cast.  It also gives you insight into two cantrip spells that you didn't previously know, allowing you to learn the spells and cast them as if it were one of your own spells.  One of these new spells must be classified as a utility spell.
