cytonic

A being exposed to a nowhere portal and the radiation that comes from it. cytonics get many abilities, such as, teleportation at the cost of drawing the delvers, telepathic communication, concoction bolt, and mind blade are their primary abilities. Other abilities are a mind shield, and a cytonic scream.

Available at lvl:
5. telepathic communication. If no delivers are in the area than this is no threat, if they are near and hear you they will focus their attention on you
10. teleportation. At the risk of drawing the delvers, you can travel to familiar places through the nowhere.
15. concoction bolt. Concoction bolt is a wave of cytonic energy that bounces off the inside of an enemies mind and stuns them, driving them into prone.
20. mind blade. A blade of cytonic energy capable of cutting physical mater.
