Look me in the eyes

The eyes are the window to the soul; and your soul is powerful, to say the least. When you drop to or below 0 hit points you can look at any creature within range that can see you. If that creature is hostile to you, it takes psychic damage equal to the damage you just took + your level. If the target is a friendly creature, they can add a bonus to their next attack roll or saving throw equal to twice your level. If you die after using this ability, the creature that you target also becomes incapable of forgetting you and is charmed by you for 24 hours. You can use this ability once per long rest.
