Imbued with Tear of Orcus

Kas and Cirone De Fluer developed a way to harness the Tear of Orcus to imbue Kas and other heroes with great power in an attempt to finally defeat Vecna. A connection between the Tear and the recipient can be severed within 7 days with Cirone's scroll. Beyond this time limit, the recipient is undoubtedly and indefinitely connected to the Tear of Orcus and subject to its control.

The power imbued by the Tear is as follows:

Damage Resistances Necrotic; Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks

Regeneration. The vampire regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point and isn't in sunlight or running water. If the vampire takes radiant damage or damage from holy water, this trait doesn't function at the start of the vampire's next turn.
