Epic Boon of Concentration

You have the ability to concentrate on a number of spells equal to your proficiency bonus.

When you take damage while concentrating on more than 1 spell in this way you must make a constitution saving throw DC equal to 10 or half the damage dealt whichever is higher + the highest level spell of all the spells you are concentrating on or loose concentration on each of those spells. You must make any such saving throws at disadvantage if you are concentrating on 3 or more spells.
