Your body is in perfect health. You gain immunity to diseases. You don't need to eat, breathe, sleep or drink to survive and suffer none of the frailty of old age, and you can't be aged magically. Any save to resist exhaustion is made at advantage. Your maximum HP is as if you rolled the maximum on the next highest die on each hit dice roll when leveling up (1d6 becomes 1d8, 1d8 becomes 1d10. Hit die maxes out at 1d12, 1d12 does not become 1d20). Your hit point maximum or stats cannot be reduced (by effects, game rules still apply).
Reminder: Average dice (1d6 average is 4. 1d8 is 5. 1d10 is 6, and 1d12 is 7.)
