Cloak Of Black Feathers

Once Per Long rest as an action you can channel the power of the raven queen using your connection to her and servants of the past you can materialize a shroud of black feathers around you sculpting them into a ethereal wings giving you a flight speed equal to your walking speed for up to 10 mins. 

At higher levels you can use a spell slot of 5th level or above to increase the ammount of time you have the ability of flight. Going up 10 mins depending on the level you have sacrificed in the name of the raven queen.
