Arcane Meditation

Through many magical battles, trials and tribulations a spell caster has gained the ability to recover spell slots in the heat of battle. By meditating and focusing your arcane power, a spell caster can use their action to recover 1 spell slot at the beginning of their next turn. You can only recover spent spell slots. Any magic class can use this ability once their casting stat reaches 18.

Upon using the feat, the caster will roll a percentile that will determine the max level of spell slot recovered. E.G. For a 5th level caster with no available spell slots, a percentile of 0-20 gives a level 1 spell slot, 21-40 a level 2 slot ... 81-100 a level 5 slot. A lower spell slot can be chosen if desired or the rolled level has no expended slots to recover. Slots higher than 5th level cannot be recovered.

This feat requires concentration, the caster will have to make a standard concentration save of DC 10 or half the damage (whichever is higher) to maintain the feat. If concentration is broken the spell slot is not recovered. 

Movement can be made before using this feat, but once the feat is used the casters turn ends regardless of any available actions left.
