Eyes of The Ethereal Storm

You have mastered your wrath and your caring nature inside you, bringing an ethereal storm from beyond the planes to aid you in battle.

This ethereal storm is a gift from your goddess, flowing with the tides of battle to empower you, but how you use this gift is up to you.

At the start of initiative, you begin with a pool of 0 charges for Inner and Outer planes as the ethereal storm inside you begins to form. Your left eye contains Inner Planes charges while your right eye contains Outer Planes charges. For every 10 damage you deal to a creature that you see with your left eye, you gain one Inner Plane charge as the ethereal storm inside calms and reaches new heights of serenity, with a maximum of 10 charges. You can expend Inner Plane charges to cast cleric spells you prepared from an empty spell slot (1 Inner Plane Charge per level of spell). For every 10 health you heal to a creature that you can see with your right eye, you gain an Outer Plane charge as the borders of the storm build wrath and fury to dish out, with a maximum of 10 charges. You can expend Outer Plane charges to cast ranger spells you know from an empty spell slot (1 Inner Plane Charge per level of spell). If initiative ends, the storm inside fades as all charges go away.
