Fan the Hammer

due to numerous hours training with hammer fire arms you have gained the ability to fan the hammer

when you fan the hammer you gain the ability to shoot multiple bullets per turn.

for each bullet fired you lose -5 attack dc minus your dex modifier.

so for example you first shot gets a 18 your second shot assuming you got 18 would be 13 if you don't have a dex modifier.

the attack dc from this feat can never go above -5 or above 0

When you miss 1 bullet in the sequence the chain fire ends
