You have the powers of the avatar from avatar the last airbender however, you are not skilled in any element and must wait a long time. At level 1 you choose between one of the 4 elements, and each level, you can choose the learn the another elements as you level up, until you become the "avatar". After each level, you can put one skill point into an element (max of 5 in each) and as you put a skill point into to element you gain a sub element of choice
To gain a skill point you need the avatar feat acquired at least once. If you have one avatar feat, you gain one skill point per level, but I'd you have multiple avatar feats (e.g. 2) you gain 2 skill points per level
