Having had direct contact with a primordial and witnessed the infinity of the void you gain the following abilities:

Knowing. You have blindsight with a distance of 20ft, which for you manifests as something you unwittingly know.

Plane Speak. You can telepathically speak to any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language. When communicating telepathically you still mouth the words, making your lips move silently.

Void Battery. You can tap into the infinity of the void and the abundance of raw magical energy in there, allowing you to cast spells up to the third level without expending spell slots. Each use of this ability drains you greatly as you act as a conduit for power not meant to be channeled by a mortal being. With each use of the void battery ability you suffer an effect from the void battery table. The table and stacking effects are reset after a long rest or a greater restoration spell.

Void Battery Effects Table

NUMBER OF TIMES USED BEFORE A LONG REST

EFFECT

1

(Stacking.) Negative proficiency bonus to all Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws.

2

(Stacking.) Negative proficiency bonus to all passive checks, perception, investigation and insight.

(One time.) Wisdom saving throw DC12, on a fail a vision of the void flashes in your head and sends a wave of terror over you. You become incapacitated until the end of your next turn. On a success you lose your next reaction (whether on this turn or the next) as you think you spot a creature from the void from the corner of your eye.

3

(Stacking.) Negative proficiency bonus to all Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma skill checks.

(One time.) Different realities start to collide for you, different worlds worlds seem overlayed with one another and you find it hard to concentrate on which is real. You suffer a negative proficiency bonus to your armor class and initiative for 1 minute. At the end of each of your turns you can make a Wisdom saving throw DC15 to end the effect early.

4

(Stacking.) Disadvantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws.

(One time.) In your minds eye a nightmare from the void steps into your world. You suffer the effects of the Phantasmal Force for 1 minute. At the end of each of your turns you can make an Intelligence saving throw DC15 to end the effect early.

5

(Stacking.) Disadvantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma ability checks. You lose your ability to reason and hold conversation properly, barely differentiating friend from foe and sticking to simple sentences. In situations of combat you must roll a 1d4 (as soon as this effect is triggered or along with initiative if this effect has triggered prior to combat).

On a 1-2 you become [condition]frightened[/spell] of the nearest visible enemy until said enemy takes damage or combat ends. If no enemy is visible you will immediately try to take the hide action.

On a 3-4 you become filled with an alien rage, discarding all care for self preservation. Your entire being seems covered with a dark metal like layer that has a violet sheen. All of your attacks have advantage and all attacks against you have advantage. If an attack would drop you to 0 hit points, you are instead dropped to 1 (once per combat). This effect ends if you take damage.

If an effect ends and combat continues, you must immediately roll a 1d4 again to determine the next effect.

6+

When you cast a levelled spell you suffer 1d6 * your level psychic damage.
