Haunting Reckoning

Prerequisites: Blood Hunter class, Wisdom 15 or Intelligence 15

Benefit: Your unsettling past has gifted you with a spectral connection, allowing you to harness the haunting energies that linger within your soul. This connection grants you the following abilities:

1. Vengeful Strikes: When you make a successful melee attack against a creature, you can channel the vengeful spirit within you to deal additional necrotic damage equal to your Wisdom or Intelligence modifier. Once per turn, you can use this ability.

2. Spectral Awareness: The haunting presence within you heightens your senses. You gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and can see in dim light as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light.

3. Ghostly Resilience: The lingering spectral energies provide a measure of protection. You gain resistance to necrotic damage.

4. Echoes of Revenge: As a reaction when you take damage, you can unleash a haunting wail, forcing creatures within 10 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw against a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier. On a failed save, they are frightened until the end of their next turn.
