This feat gives your Animate Dead spell a week long duration. New zombies or skeletons that come under your control on successive casts of the spell do not interfere with the older ones. You must recast the spell before the one week timer is up on each zombie or skeleton that you control, or they will lapse into self awareness. If a zombie or skeleton becomes self aware after a week, they will turn aggressively on any living flesh that they sense. Gives a plus 1 to Charisma.
