Fury of the wind and storm

You have the power to enchant a pair of matching weapons giving them them "Fury of the wind and storm" for as long as they remain with you. The enchantment process is a Ritual that takes 8 hours to complete. This enchantment draws power from your body and gains power as you do.

1st level - This enchantment enables you to magically re-materialize one weapon Into your hand after 5 seconds if dropped or thrown as long as you still wield it's match.

4th level - On a hit of 24 or higher, there is a 15%* chance the power of the wind manifests as an after image of your weapon that swings with the same power as your hit.

9th level - On a hit of 24 or higher, there is a 15%* chance the power of the storm manifests as an after image of your weapon that swings with the same power as your hit.

* This effect synergizes with the Barbarian Path of the Storm Herald, adding an additional 5% chance to proc the fury.
