You are more vampire than mortal, and as such, gain the following abilities:

• You can cast misty step once per long rest.
• You can cast charm person once per long rest. However, if you have regained hit points via your vampiric bite racial ability, you can instead cast charm person once per short rest.
• You regain 1 hit point at the start of your turn. If you are dying at the start of your turn, you automatically stabilize.
