Prerequisite: Requires the rank of High Harper
The Harper Song is a boon bestowed upon newly appointed High Harpers by the council of High Harpers, granting its bearer the ability to freely contact and summon other Harpers to their aid. They no longer needs any magic items or spells to communicate in this way, though the exact limitations on summons depend on a number of factors, most namely magical ability and proximity to Harper allies.
