you want to live a long prosperous life but dont want to end up a pile of walking bones? well in this world its a hard thing to do with everyone gunning for you constantly knocking you unconscious so why not make yourself harder to kill and skew the odds in your favour.
you gain proficiency in constitution saving throws.
before rolling a d20 for your death saving throw you may choose to automatically roll a 20 placing you at 1 hp and an opportunity to escape the current fight.
however this causes a large amount of your vitality to be drained away from you causing you to take 2 levels of exhaustion immediately and after the fight or getting knocked unconcious take 1 more level.
this exhaustion can be removed as per exhaustion rules.
this feat can only be used if you are below 3 levels of exhaustion.
