This feat is only meant to be accessed through the LMC: Background

You are experienced traveling across the land. If you can see the stars, you know roughly where you are in the land. When outside, you know which direction is North, and you have advantage when reading maps.

You are also very knowledgeable about the cultures across the land, and have advantage on any intelligence or charisma checks related to recalling customs of other cultures or fitting in with those cultures.
