Arcane Blood (Spell Slot)

Arcane Blood. As an Action, you can regain one expended spell slot (to a maximum of 5th level) per long rest. If you do not have the spellcasting ability as part of your class or subclass, your hit point maximum increases by an amount equal to your level.

Contamination past level 3. or more levels of contamination, you can regain a spell slot twice per long rest. If you do not have spell slots, your hit point maximum increases by an amount equal to twice your level.
