You have spent long enough underwater to have gained new abilities that will allow you to do more things within the water. You gain the ability to breathe underwater and your swimming speed is equal to your walking speed. with this feat you can also, as an action, teleport from one area of still water to another area of still water that you are familiar with. Using this ability you can take one willing creature of your size or smaller with you.
