Heavens Breath Technique

You learn to control your breath and movements to gain the following the abilities: You can cast the Gust cantrip at will as a bonus action, you can cast the Thunder wave spell (1st level), which you can cast once at its lowest level, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it in this way again. Your spellcasting ability for these spells is Wis. You also learn the spinning strike attack. As an action on your turn you can make an unarmed strike attack against every target within 5 feet of you.
