This disease knows 5 stages. You start at the first stage. Every long rest you need to make a DC14 constitution throw or increase a stage level.

1. You are feeling good, almost unnaturally good

2. You gain resistance against poison damage

3. You gain resistance against acid damage

4. You can as a reaction reroll an attack, saving throw or ability check. This resets at a long rest.
