Additions (Ishtal) (Final) Image

An addition is a series of consecutive attacks that provide bonus damage and extra effects if performed successfully.

As a free action, you can spend one point of Inspiration to attempt an addition. You gain advantage on your first attack roll. If you are attempting to activate an extra effect from the addition, you must declare which one you are attempting prior to attacking. You deal bonus damage equal to the number of consecutive hits you land. The extra effects you can attempt are listed below:

5 Hits: You guard for one turn and roll one hit die (plus Constitution Modifier) or use a healing potion.

6 Hits: Deal an extra weapon die of damage and knock the target down or knock the target back 10ft.

7 Hits: If you land 7 consecutive hits as part of your addition, you enter an intercepting stance until the end of your next turn. If an ally you can see within 15ft of you is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to switch places with the ally and block the attack. If the attacker is within melee range of your new position, you can make one attack as part of the same reaction.

8 Hits: Double your bonus damage (number of hits) and trigger all three of your other addition effects.
