You have once consumed one of the tears in the Sea of Black tears, forever changed by them. You gain the ability to cast 'Create Water' twice per short rest. Those who step in this particular pool of water become instantly blinded while they are within the pool of water. You are also immune to poison.
Also, you can spend 10 minutes to force a black tear from your own eye into any container of your choice. When consumed by anyone who doesn't have this feat, they take your level in d6 poison damage. This tear cannot be muddled with any other liquid or it becomes non-poisonous, save for poison from a dragon-type creature. You can do this twice per long rest.
Curse
The whites of your eyes are permanently dyed pitch black. This includes any form of shapeshifting your character may do, which could cause them to be figured out easier by those who may be perceptive enough to catch the oddity. In order to cure this, the 'Wish' spell must be in effect to entirely remove this feat from your character.
"Long ago, in secret, Lolth created a special following of Drow worshipers called the Tear-Drinkers. They consisted of extremely devout followers of Lolth as a gift of servitude for their efforts. They were blessed with the ability to create powerful poisons from the tears that they shed for use in combat. For millennia, these particular drow ruled over a large portion of the lower dark, battling with the Followers of Selûne who whished to fight the authority of Lolth until one fateful battle where a bunch of the clerics of Selûne pushed back and killed all but one of the Tear-Drinkers to their final burrow. In desperation, that faithful drow Tear-Drinker cried a sea of black tears which overflowed and drowned all of the clerics and forever shrouded the remaining knowledge of the Tear-Drinkers forever. This sea is so deep and big that it even spans to the surface in the land of Islesend, a long-lost land beyond The Untraversable." ~ Scripture in the Book of the Forgotten
