Your insatiable apetite knows no end and it has brought you into very weird situations. Your tendency to eat everything you see has modified your digestive system to allow you to eat anything you want. You are immune to negative effects from ingestion and you gain +1 to your Constitution score.

Moreover you are able to identify anything you have eaten once (what you have eaten is left to the GM discretion sometimes decided by a d20).

However if you see something appetizing you need to succeed a Widsom saving throw or try to eat it.
