Cannibal (Supernatural Gift) Image

You can consume the meat from humanoids to receive buffs; however, your hunger will harm you if it is not quelled.

When you take this feat, you gain the ability to take the meat from humanoids using medicine checks. The quality of this meat changes based on your roll.

  • On a 10-14, you will receive Common meat.
  • On a 15-19, you will receive Prime meat.
  • On a 20 or higher, you will receive Premium meat.

The amount of meat is based on the size of the humanoid.

  • A Small creature gives you a meal's worth
  • A Medium creature gives you two meals' worth
  • A Large creature gives you three meals' worth

You can consume an entire humanoid without preparing its meat. Doing this counts as consuming three meals, but does not give you any special effects. (bonuses/buffs)

 

 

Feast:

You can consume the meat you've collected to receive different buffs.

  • Common: You gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency modifier.
  • Prime: You can add a d4 to a single ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. If you do not use the d4 before a long rest, it is wasted and unusable.
  • Premium: You gain a point of inspiration. The inspiration disappears when used or after taking a long rest.

You can use consume up to three meals' worth of meat per day. If you consume more, you gain a level of exhaustion per every meal above three.

 

Famine:

If you fail to consume any meat during a day, you receive one stack of Famine.

  • One stack of Famine: You have a -1 on constitution saving throws.
  • Two stacks of Famine: You have a -1 on attack rolls.
  • Three stacks of Famine: You have a -1 on all ability checks.
  • Four stacks of Famine: Instead of a -1 on constitution saving throws, you subtract a d4 from every roll.
  • Five stacks of Famine: You have disadvantage on saving throws against being charmed.
  • Six stacks of Famine: You have disadvantage on attack rolls.
  • Seven stacks of Famine: At the start of every turn while in combat, you must make a wisdom saving throw (DC 14) or immediately attack the closest humanoid creature.
  • Eight stacks of Famine: You have disadvantage on all saving throws
  • Nine stacks of Famine: You cannot be healed
  • Ten stacks of Famine: You cannot Long rest

Everyday that you consume three meals, you lose a stack of Famine.
