whenever you cast a divination spell of 1st level or higher you gain a Prophacy Point (PP)
unused Prophacy Points reset to 0 at the end of a long rest
Prophacy Points can be used to create new portent roles or spell slots
2PP per portent created, 1PP+ the level of spell slot created
alternativly you and convert spell slots into PP at the same rate
(example, consume a level 2 spell slot to create 3 PP) as a bonus action
