The Fey are renowned for their wild, trickery based enchantment magic, and many stories of the Fey circulate describing the influence they can gather over mortals and other creatures, should they gain possession of a personal effect, or worse a name. You have manifested the fey magic in your blood, granting you the following powers:
Stolen Trinkets. Being in possession of a creature's prized item creates a thread of magical influence that you can tug on as you please; As a bonus action, you can try to temporarily confuse and stun a target you can see within 90ft of you, whose stolen trinket you are in possession of. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC, or forget everything that has transpired in the last 6 seconds, and be Stunned until the end of your next turn.
The ability used for your Spell Save DC is Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma (choose when you gain the feat), and they have disadvantage on the save if you are also in possession of their Name; once you have used a creature's stolen trinket in this way, you cannot use it against them again until you have finished a long rest.
Stolen Names. Being in possession of a creature's true name puts them in your thrall until you release it; whilst you keep a creature’s true name, they have disadvantage on saving throws against your Stolen Trinkets ability, and any Enchantment based spells you cast on them.
In addition, you can choose to bestow either a blessing or a curse on the creature, although the wild nature of your Fey magic doesn’t allow you full control over the outcome; Roll on one of the tables provided by your DM (depending on your choice) to determine a random effect on the creature. If it is a blessing, the effect is permanent. If it is a curse, it can only be mitigated by a casting of Remove Curse or Greater Restoration on the creature. Once you have bestowed the effect, the name is released from your thrall and you cannot use it again.
