You may punch your bro/companion to grant them 1d4 temp health, then deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage. Can be affected by resistances to damage and bonuses to healing if there are any that apply.
cannot affect those at 0 hp
not actualy a feat, but a basic bonus action added to all classes, but D&D beyond homebrew doesn’t have those as an option
