Roll a d20. For every number above 10, increase your Strength and Dexterity by a multiplier equal to the result divided by 10 to a max of 22, round down the results if it's not an integer. For example, a character with a Strength score of 15 who rolled a 14 would now have a Strength score of 21 [15*(14/10) = 21]. If the user rolls below a 10, they're Str & Dex scores are lower by a multiplier equal to the result divided by 10. For example, a character with a Strength score of 15 who rolled a 7 would have a score of 10 [15*(7/10) = 10.5, round down, = 10]. Modifiers for skills, weapon attack and damage and saves adjust accordingly. The effect lasts for 5 rounds and can only be used safely once per long rest. If you overuse the Kaio-Ken, you take 1d6 necrotic damage for each point above or below 10 and an additional 3d6 when below 10. On a 20, both stats increase to 30 for 1 round. On a 1, the Kaio-Ken backfires horrifically. An explosion erupts in a 60ft radius from the user. Any creature within this radius must make a DC 20 Dex saving throw or take 10d10 force damage (half on a success) as the user's soul is torn to shreds, killing them instantly. The remains of the user's soul are scattered along either the Upper or Lower Planes depending on how the user acted in their life. The user's soul must be reconstructed in order for them to be resurrected. If the user would be instantly killed due to the overuse damage, make a Con save with a DC of the result rolled. On a success, the user's HP is reduced to 0 but takes a death saving throw failure. On a fail, the user dies instantly with their soul intact.
