You have an irrational and insurmountable fear of all things canine: Dogs, Wolves, Werewolves, etc. When encountering any canine creature, you gain the Frightened condition. This applies only to canine creatures and there is no save for the duration of the encounter.
Because of this fear, you have learned all you can about them (similar to a Favored Enemy from the Ranger class) and are always vigilant of their potential presence.
- You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track canine enemies, as well as on Intelligence checks to recall information about them.
- You can’t be surprised by canine enemies while you are conscious.
- You have advantage on Initiative rolls in any encounter with a canine enemy.

Posted Feb 10, 2024This feat was created to be used as a Character Secret in my IDRotF campaign. It's not intended to be selected as a desirable level-up feat. Then again...feel free to use this however you see fit!
