Winter's Wake

Primordial cold magic flows through you. The winter season's influence grants you special magic effects:

• You gain resistance to cold damage.
• You can use Icy Rebuke  as a reaction once per Short Rest.
  • Icy Rebuke: After you've been hit by a melee attack, you bump your chest, and every creature within 5 ft. of you is automatically blasted by an icy burst of wind. Creatures must make a Constitution saving throw against (DC 8 + Con mod + PB), and take 2d8 cold damage. On a successful save, they only take half damage.
