Invocation: Mistbringer

This is an implementation of the Mistbringer invocation from Tasha's Crucible of Everything Else. Adding homebrew invocations is impossible in D&D Beyond. If you wish to use this invocation, add the feat to your character manually and leave the invocation selection in the character builder empty.

Fog, mist, rain, snow, dust, smoke, and similar substances do not obscure your vision, and you can cast fog cloud once using a warlock spell slot. You can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
