A number of times a day equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down), you can use an action to change form into a medium sized humanoid. Your fairy wings disappear and you temporarily lose your ability to fly. Your walking speed becomes 35ft. If damage is taken, you must roll a con save to maintain this form. The form lasts 8 hours unless dismissed as a bonus action, of if you take a short or long rest.
