Designated Marksman

You have mastered ranged weapons have become a refined tool of precision marksmanship. Gaining this feat grants you the following benefits:

• Proficiency in all simple ranged weapons and all martial ranged weapons. 
• Attacking at long range or from the prone position grants you advantage instead of disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls.  
• As a bonus action you can ready your shot. When you do so, you can add your proficiency bonus to all damage rolls you make for any creature further than 10 feet away from you until the start of your next turn. You can use this bonus action your proficiency bonus times per short rest. Your ability to use this bonus action resets on a short rest.
