Improved Vampiric Regeneration

Your regeneration has now reached a new level, allowing you to become a truly terrifying force able to recover from nearly everything, save only the biggest hits. You now regenerate 10 hit points per sanguine point, and gain extra sanguine points based on your proficiency bonus. You can now recover from even greater negative effects, such as regenerating limbs or curing exhaustion (only one level cured per use).  You can even bring yourself to one hit point should you be knocked unconscious by spending 50 hit points worth of sanguine points.
