Card Exemplar

Card Tactics. You learn the Thaumaturgy cantrip and can use it to create instances that duplicate the effects of magic. When you use Thaumaturgy in this way, you can conceal the verbal and somatic components of the spell as ordinary conversation and card handling.

Dual Threat Duelist. On your turn when you make a weapon attack with a weapon that you are proficient with, you can make one additional ranged weapon attack with a thrown weapon as a bonus action.

Fast Hands. You gain expertise on skill checks made with a Playing Card Set. For you Playing Cards count as simple ranged weapons with the thrown (20/60) and finesse property which deal 1d6 slashing damage on a hit.
