Cindersoul (Intelligence)

You've developed a deeper connection to the Elemental Plane of Fire, known to its inhabitants as the Eternal Furnace. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma, Intelligence or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• As a bonus action, you can wreathe yourself in flame for 1 minute, until you are killed, or until you choose to put yourself out (requires no action by you). For the duration, whenever a creature hits you with a melee attack while within 5 feet of you, it takes 1d4 fire damage. You can use this feature once per short- or long rest.
• You can cast fireball once as a 3rd-level spell without requiring a spell slot, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast this spell in this way again. You can also cast it using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. Your spellcasting ability for this spell is Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom (chosen when you select this feat).
