Dedicated caster

When you have a duration spell up you are able to shift it up to 30 feet as an action, you are also able to choose an “anchor” when casting, such as a person or boat or cart or even a rock, and the spell maintains its location based on that anchor, rather than based on the world itself. For aoe non target spells that means directly moving it, for those with multiple sections, such as flame wall, it is still set to its main spells rules, and the movement is 30 feet spread between all sections. For targeted spells, you are able to shift the target to another that is within 30 feet, requiring a new saving throw if it has one, and if it hits multiple targets, then you lose any that fail, they cannot be shifted. Also keeps the spells target rules, such as “self” or similar qualifiers.
