Through rigorous training and time you have gained the ability to think and concentrate on two completely separate trains of thought at once. You are now able to concentrate on two spells at once from now on. However while concentrating on two spells at one time you have disadvantage on checks to keeps concentration, and failing ends both spells at once.
Also your second concentration spell must be at most a level that is one third of the original spell which was cast rounded up, for example:
2nd level spell = 1st level spell
3rd level spell = 1st level spell
6th level spell = 2nd level spell
etc.
