Grapple: Throw

You can replace an attack against a creature you have grappled with a special throw attack. You throw the creature a number of feet horizontally equal to your strength score rounded down to the nearest multiple of five and end the grapple on the creature. If the creature would hit an object that would prematurely halt its trajectory, the creature takes 1d6 for each 5 ft. traveled plus your strength modifier as bludgeoning damage.
