Once a month (in game) this can be activated at anytime of the players choosing using this gives them 4d20 extra dice they get to roll these dice to give 4 enemies disadvantage (1d20 per enemy) or they can use morw then one one an enemy but this for example they use all 4 on one enemy, the dm adds the four extra d20s to their npc's roll and chooses the lower roll
