Being in contractual service to such a notable figure has its benefits. You may cast Sending once per day without utilizing material, somatic or verbal components, and may speak the message of 25 words Telepathically as opposed to aloud. You may cast this spell targeting any other contracted member of Admiral DeSujay's fleet, ignoring the default 5% chance of failure between planes. (Excluding other external blocking effects that may cause a percentage chance of failure.) Breaking, or completing and failing to renew the contract causes this Feat to become useless until a new contract is formed.
