Bao focuses himself on a meditative state. Searching deep inside his soul, Bao draws forth the knowledge of all the teachings and philosophies that Bao has experienced throughout his existence. Bao then releases all the energy and wisdom pent up in his mind and body, transforming an area of the battlefield briefly into a quantum realm of knowledge, where Bao can flow freely. The area resembles the inside of the Four Great Towers of China, drawing forth his strength and increasing his ability to perform and excel in more actions. Whilst inside said spell, all entities (either friendly or hostile) will feel an incredible sense of relief and tranquility wash over them. Even in the presence of danger and/or harm, an entity within the radius is afflicted with the highest cast of charm and must make 3 charisma saving throws (DC 15) in order to break free from this illusion of simplicity and regain the will to fight once more. Once a creature breaks free from the spell, they can no longer be affected by it, even if they're in the radius of said spell.
Bao awakens his soul and peers into the epicenter of the current universe, comprehending 3% of its knowledge. Undenounced horrors to mankind and benign moments that have transpired all throughout the cycle of the current universe flood Bao's brain and psyche, causing him to suffer a psychological break and endure manic episodes going forward for the rest of his life (unless he finds a way to transcend the madness years after the usage). Thoughts that aren't his cloud his judgement. Impulsive actions drawn forth from unknown spirits and damned souls take over Bao's body from time to time. The mere concept of Bao himself is strewn across the universe. Every turn Bao spends in the spell, the more his psyche and concept is shattered. (1-2 turns, vaguely harmed, 3-5, mentally struggling, 6-7, mind shattering, 7+, mentally unhinged).
In doing so, Bao gains the actions of all those who persisted and existed before him. He gains the strength of trillions of individuals yet controls it to not hurt his foes (unless an impulsive action occurs). He gains the mana and Ki of all the wizards and warlocks, bards and monks that have lived before and after him, letting him have a limitless mana pool. He gains the speed of all the past and present speedsters that have dared trudged with their abilities of agility.
This does not mean Bao becomes immortal or untouchable. Bao can still be harmed, and the spell can be broken. If 50 damage is dealt to the barrier of the spell, the domain is shattered, and the battlefield is returned to normal. However, to once more reiterate, any creature inside the expansion must make 3 consecutive charisma saving throws (DC 15) to break through from their peaceful state. If the rolls fail, the entity remains in a calm state and will refuse to move or fight anything. Bao can freely attack and manipulate the creatures inside the spell and said creature will not fight back against it, for they are charmed.
