Clairvoyant

You are able to extend your senses beyond the limits of your physical body, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• By spending an action and concentrating (as if concentrating on a spell,) you can create an invisible, intangible sensor in your space and project your senses through it. While concentrating on the sensor, you see and hear as if standing in its space (any special senses you have also function as if you are in the sensor's space,) but you are blinded and deafened with respect to your physical body and your movement speed is 0. During your turn, you can use your movement to move the sensor up to 30 feet in any direction, including vertically, but not through solid objects or planar boundaries. The only actions you can take are Dash (to move the sensor up to 30 feet) or Search (from the sensor's location) and you cannot use reactions. The sensor cannot interact or be interacted with physically in any way; it is immune to all damage and conditions, cannot be forced to move, and cannot be targeted by any spell or magical effect except dispel magic (or similar effects,) which instantly ends your concentration. A creature that can see invisible objects sees the sensor as a wispy, translucent, vaguely humanoid shape. If you stop concentrating for any reason, the sensor vanishes and your senses immediately return to your physical body.
• You can cast the locate object spell, requiring no spell slot or components, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it this way again. Your spellcasting ability for the spell is the ability increased by this feat. If you have spell slots of 2nd level or higher, you can cast this spell with them.
