Battle Cry

You have the ability to give a frightening battle cry before heading into battle, striking fear into the hearts of enemies.  You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your armor class by 1 for one round
• As an action, you can shout a few words at an enemy or enemies.  In doing this, you cast Fear, except anyone you choose is unaffected. You can utilize this feat a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
